Who am I?

I can look back on a national and international career in the automotive industry that has taken me across several continents. After completing my engineering studies in Mannheim, I began my professional journey in 1986 and over the years assumed responsible management positions – including as managing director.

My career path has taken me to:

This period shaped me not only professionally, but also personally.


What makes me stand out?

I speak German, English, Spanish, and Portuguese – and I've learned that language is far more than just words. It's culture, attitude, emotion, and way of thinking.
Through my professional and private intercultural experiences, I know how quickly misunderstandings can arise – and how valuable genuine communication is.
Today I pass on this knowledge.

Why coaching?

After my active career, it was clear to me:
I want to support people in consciously shaping their own path – be it in their career, in relationships or in times of upheaval.
Not with prefabricated solutions, but with clarity, structure and genuine connection.
